We hope you are 100% satisfied with your UGG purchase, however should you change your mind you have up to 30 days to return it to us free of charge for a refund or exchange.
- Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be returned to us unworn and in their original branded shoe box. Items cannot be accepted if the original box cannot be returned along with product.
- We ask that you retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed and an email has been received to confirm the refund or exchange is complete. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for returns made using an alternative courier or returns method.
- If after 20 days you have not received confirmation of your refund or exchange being processed, please contact Customer Services and provide proof of return so this can be looked into further.
- Our UGG concept stores are able to assist with exchanging online purchases only. They are of course happy to forward your order to our warehouse on your behalf for a refund to be processed.
- Only online orders may be returned via our returns portal. In-store purchases must be returned to a store.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only. We aim to refund you within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
- If any exchange cannot be processed due to lack of inventory, then a refund will be issued.
If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from one of UGG retail stores, you can either return it to the store of purchase, an alternative UGG store or contact Customer Service for further assistance.
If you need to return an item purchased at one of our authorised retailers, please contact them for further assistance or return to the store of purchase. We cannot refund or exchange items purchased from another retailer.
